Let's Talk About SnookerScore

To be clear. This is NOT a sponsored post. No money has been exchanged, no services offered. We just like SnookerScore, and if you are reading this, we think you might too.

What is SnookerScore?

Their website says it best:

SnookerScore is a free to use web-based snooker score-keeping (marking) application for real-time score display at the table for the players and spectators.

Long story short, it allows you to post your scores, live to a dynamically created page, meaning that you can share that 37 break with anyone who has the link in real time.

When you visit the home page, you will see a list of all the recent matches played using the app. This should give you some idea of what is going on. You will notice that a lot of the matches have long since expired, but you can delete your matches from the app whenever you wish. In fact, we would actively encourage you to if you lost!

Once you have set up your account, which you can do using Facebook, Twitter or a good old fashioned email address, click in the New Match button .Enter a venue if you wish, the player's names, the number of frames to be played, and away you go.

Adding scores could not be easier. Simply click the corresponding colored ball, or any of the action buttons. Computer users can also use keyboard shortcuts.

As you mark the score on your phone or laptop, the page score gets updated, keeping everyone in touch with goings on.

We think this app is perfect for tournament play, when there are multiple games on the go across multiple tables. Hook up an i-pad or laptop, and you have a ready-made scorebord that every can easily see. But don't take our word for it, try it out for yourselves.

Let us know what you think. Or better yet, let the guys over at snookerscore know!

One other thing... if you are of a mind to record yourselves, you can also embed snookerscore on to your videos, as you can see below
